Terms of Service

FreelancerrFlow operates FreelancerrFlow. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, use the product, or purchase any paid feature or subscription.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including connected integrations and uploaded content.

FreelancerrFlow is a freelancer finance workspace that includes transaction tracking, clients, projects, team and payout management, invoice workflows, tax-oriented record keeping, and optional integrations and AI-assisted workflows.

Current plan names shown in the product are Starter, Pro, and Studio.

If paid subscriptions are available to you, they may include a free trial of up to 14 days before the first charge, unless a different offer is shown at checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically on the monthly or yearly cycle you choose until canceled. You authorize Paddle, the payment processor used at checkout, to charge applicable fees, taxes, and any related processor or currency-conversion charges.

Pricing, features, limits, and availability may change prospectively. Material pricing changes apply on a future billing cycle unless a different timing is disclosed to you.

• Paddle: Processes recurring billing flows and one-time digital purchases for the service.

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period and then downgrades or ends as shown in the app.

Cancellation does not trigger an immediate prorated refund for unused time unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under the refund policy.

If the service schedules a downgrade to Starter at period end, access to paid entitlements continues only until that scheduled change takes effect.

FreelancerrFlow currently offers a one-time digital add-on that removes FreelancerrFlow branding from an invoice PDF for IDR 10,000.

Once branding removal is successfully unlocked for an invoice, the purchase is treated as delivered digital content. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy and are generally limited to duplicate charges, technical failure to deliver the unlock, or cases where refund is required by law.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or infringing content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, or exposes us or others to legal or operational harm.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, and related materials, except for your own data and content.

You retain ownership of the business information, invoice content, files, and other materials you submit, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content in order to operate the service.

If you send feedback or product suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The service may rely on third-party providers, connected inboxes, analytics tools, or AI models. Their availability and output quality may change over time.

AI-generated outputs, tax summaries, categorizations, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
