Refund Policy
1. Subscription refund window
If you are charged for a paid subscription for the first time, you may request a refund within 14 days of that initial charge.
The refund window applies to the first paid subscription charge for that account and purchase path. We may decline refund requests that involve abuse, repeated refund cycling, or clear misuse of the service.
2. Renewals, plan changes, and proration
Recurring renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, unless required by law or approved in our discretion for a clear billing error.
Upgrades, downgrades, and scheduled changes follow the billing behavior shown in the app. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not create an automatic prorated refund for unused time in the current period.
3. Cancellation timing
When you cancel a paid subscription, access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid term and then ends or downgrades to the applicable plan.
If a charge is still pending, reversed, or blocked by Paddle or the underlying payment network, entitlement timing may change based on the final payment result.
4. One-time invoice branding removal purchase
The invoice branding removal add-on is a one-time digital purchase currently priced at IDR 10,000.
Once the branding unlock has been successfully applied to the invoice, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital feature has been delivered.
- Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges.
- Refunds may be approved if a technical issue prevents delivery of the unlock and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@freelancerrflow.com from the account or billing email associated with the purchase.
Include enough detail for us to locate the payment, such as your account email, invoice reference, subscription plan, order ID, and a short explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible and may take additional time to appear depending on Paddle and your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue quickly.
We reserve the right to suspend service access while unresolved payment disputes or chargebacks are under review.
